Returns & Exchanges
Luxury Company UK accepts returns and exchanges of selected items within 7 days of receipt. We do not accept returns on items on Sale from the Doll Collection and Shan's Couture. We additionally do not accept returns on all Fur pieces or items on Sale.
Luxury Company UK are committed to providing the highest level of service, and will accept returned merchandise in its original condition. In order to receive a refund or exchange, the items must be unworn and in perfect condition, with all garment tags still attached and in their original packaging.
Luxury Company do not cover any return shipping fees or provide free returns.
To return or exchange your order simply fill in the contact form Here with your order number and reason for return. Your refund or exchange request will be processed by our customer care team and you will receive return instructions to complete your return or exchange request.
We can only accept orders returned within the 7 day period stated , and those that have previously been requested through our system or with our Customer Care team.
*Full refunds denote item value only and exclude the delivery charge and customs duties and taxes.
All returns or exchanges must be returned within 7 days of receipt
Refunds or exchanges will be processed within 21 working days, refunds will be credited via the same method of payment used when placing your order. Late returns will not be accepted.
We reserve the right to refuse any returns if we determine that the merchandise does not qualify for a return.
*Please note purchases made online cannot be returned or exchanged at any of our UK stockists and must be returned to the address specified on the returns instruction slip.
It may take between 3-5 working days for any funds to reflect in your banking statement. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
Any customs or import duties charged on international returns will be charged to the sender. Customs policies vary widely from country to country; you may want to contact your local customs office for further information.
